Are you an experienced Project Engineer expert and ready for the next step? Want to become responsible for multidisciplinary pharmaceutical projects? We are looking for a Manager with technical skills and a good overview. Our client is one of the best biopharmaceutical production companies in The Netherlands, well known for it’s in-depth knowledge of products and very employee friendly.

As Engineering Project Manager you will supervise and overview Engineering projects, big and small.

Your main tasks are:

  • Planning, preparing, executing, and reporting technical projects, ranging from small modifications, new equipment installations to very complex multidisciplinary projects;
  • Functional leadership within the Project Engineering Group
  • Contribute to overall resource planning for technical and other internal projects to enable proper man loading and prioritizing;
  • Align with client departments and other support departments to meet project timelines as needed;

Job requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in life science, analytical chemistry, biotechnology or equivalent
  • Experience within a GMP environment in Technical and Automation related projects: automation knowledge of Siemens PCS7 and Emerson Delta V.
  • Project management skills to direct the project team on site during the preparation, execution and reporting phase;
  • People management skills to resolve issues, conflicting interests and resource conflicts, both within and outside the project team;

As a person you are a strong communicator with good organizing and leadership skills. You have a good view for details and work team focused.
