Job description

Do you want to contribute to a revolutionary new antibody medicine against Alzheimer? And do you have the capacity to help kick start the production process? We are urgently looking for an Investigator to pick up the Major and Critical deviations appearing in the start of the production process.

As investigator at the QA department, it is your responsibility to guide the production process in this new built plant and make sure important deviations are handled and dealt with in a proper matter. Your tasks include:

  • Pick up Critical and Major deviations that come up during production
  • Start up investigations about the deviations
  • Set up CAPA’s and Change control measures and rewrite SOP’s
  • Form and lead project teams to improve production methods
  • Report on progress

You will both work solely on deviations and in teams, depending on the impact and urgency.

Job requirements

Could this be your new job?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in investigating major and critical deviations
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and life science production methods
  • A flexible and stress resistant attitude
  • Strong communication skills in English, German is a plus

As this is a new plant, things can be chaotic. There’s a lot still to be arranged but it’s also your chance to help give direction in setting up structures.

If this sounds like you then ask yourself: Am I willing to live and work in a beautiful place in the North of Switzerland for at least a year? Still there? Then you should apply now. If you’re are a (close enough) match to the criteria we will be in touch within 2 working days.

Please note: working in Switzerland means you have to have a labor contract. You will get a very decent salary, very low Swiss income tax, travel reimbursement and housing is available as a package deal. The only thing you do need is a Swiss or EU citizenship or permanent work permit. If you do not have this, please refrain from applying.
