Process Engineer Technology Transfer

As Process Engineer your main focus is on the development for the production of mostly new vaccins. You will come to work in a state-of-the-art USP DSP production environment that is in the middle of a large upgrade. Your tasks include:

  • Develop processes and work on tech transfers and scale ups on new biopharmaceuticals products
  • SME in project teams for the manufacturing department
  • Ensuring life-cycle management of a process from transfer, via process validation to continuous process verification
  • Ensuring, if needed, process related support to shop-floor for routine processes

The company specializes in new developed vaccines, therefore you will be working a lot on scale ups on a variety of biopharmaceutical products. This makes the role very varied and challenging; you will help producing vaccines on a large scale that have only been produced on a lab scale before.

Job requirements

  • Master or Bachelor degree in medical biology, biochemistry, or biotechnology
  • Work experience within a biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
  • Familiar with process validation, trending and data analyses
  • You know your way around Tech Transfers and Documentation
  • As a person you have strong communication skills, you are solution oriented, science minded and always looking for innovations and improvements
